This product is an absolute game changer. Blows up in just a quick few breaths, and saves you from getting the entire counter wet. We didn't end up strapping it at the front because she said the velcro was uncomfortable but it stayed around her neck without the strap and didn't slip off. I did put a rolled up small towel behind her neck to elevate it a little bit, but she said she was very comfortable. The flap that goes down into the sink just helps all the water drain off especially when you're washing the back of the head close to the neck I often end up with water everywhere and that was just not the case. Easy to deflate, easy to use, easy to clean. ??
