    Not too sure how to use it because it does say on the box not to use on itching skin & use externally only.
    I had read from reviews that it was good for yeast infections & that would be internal.
    My problem was not a yeast infection but itchiness on the sides of the vagina - not internal.
    The box states "Apply as needed for feminine odor or to moisturize and soothe skin after shaving".

    Totally gross. No point of spray as the oil is so thick it doesn’t mist it’s a strong shot of oil. Overpowering tea tree and lemongrass smell ( Both oil scents which I can’t handle). Overpowering stench of lemongrass or tea tree. Second it’s too greasy even my own coconut oil is not that thick or greasy. (Organic coconut which is not one of the ingredients in this oil spray is Actually a natural antibacterial so I stress if this overpriced glass bottle of lemongrass tea tree and menthol etc I’d rather but myself some organic coco oil and use very little. I thought it would have more of a sweet orange scent since I can’t stand overpowering scent of sweet grass too pungent (maybe air freshener) not so much on skin. i don’t like how thick and greasy it is which makes the spray bottle pointless as it just squirts bunch of oil in one spot. A light mist would of made more sense. There’s something about getting oil on my panties or even staining anything with the oil that does make a stain. Not my cup of tea. I could just diy with my own organic coconut 🥥 liquid oil (can put in spray bottle) or use a tiny bit or actual solid form and just a little goes a long way, natural antibacterial and it actually killed the bad bacteria and I had yeast infection when I was younger after antibiotics. I prefer coconut s antibacterial over unbearable stench of tea tree (I could never stand tea tree oil scent and sometimes the dryness and burn).
