I have been using it for a year and I loved it. After one year of purchase, there is issue with Youtube Player. I contacted the seller via wechat (don't contact via whatsapp) and received quick responses. The seller walked me through the steps of updating the system. Even though it took a few days to figure out the problem, the Youtube is finally working! Excellent customer support! ONLY contacting this seller (HUASEN) if there is any problem with your karaoke player. I mistakenly contacted INANDON and they were asking for $88/year to provide a service!!
Fyi, after one year, you may see "Join VIP" keeps popping up on your screen when it turns on. Download new songs from cloud will be at slower speed if you don't pay.
