    Had the previous design for 2 yrs ordered this one which seems like an updated design.
    Cons: Seems like they went backwards in design. No grips on any side of the jug. Makes it very difficult to grab the bottle from anywhere but the handle(not convenient). Grab it from anywhere but the handle and its very difficult to hang onto, slips out of your hand due to the hardshell.

    Pros : hard shell, very sturdy will take a beating. Keeps water pretty cool even on the hottest days ( I work outside and keep it outside).

    They just need to go back to the grips on the sides and it would be a 5 star unfortunately not with this design.

    With the name “IGLOO” I was expecting quality. Looks can be deceiving. This thermos leaks more so than a rusty bucket. I purchased this for my husband who works construction and needs a steady supply of cold water during the summer months. Imagine his surprise when going for a drink and all the water had soaked in to his truck seat. If the product I buy has to be kept in an upright position at all times it’s no good to me. Just like the water in the thermos, hypothetically, money down the drain.
