About this item

  • CNC machined and black anodized, the aluminum construction makes the chassis more sturdy.
  • Come with multiple shock mounting points for better suspension tuning.
  • Change the layout of the car, and create stronger climbing ability.
  • The detachable ESC tray makes it easy to modify for different power systems or to install the INJORA Double Decker Tray. It also features adjustable height settings to prevent ESC plug compression, especially in F150 pickup models.
  • Screws can be fixed on the screw holes of the rails and don't need any nuts.
  • Note: Compatible with lay down servos and stock servo, all 1/18 TRX4M stock bodies (Defender, Bronco, High Trail K10, F150) and NJORA IR40 and IR60 bodies. 0.05" hex screwdriver (1.27mm or 1.3mm is also fine) and 1.5mm hex screwdriver is need to install.

    Love the frame. Build was tricky but doable if patient. Definitely gave my F-150 a body lift and had to change my suspension setup to accommodate the lift. Next going up to 1.3” tires and wheels to fill the wheel well gaps created. Got it sitting as low as possible right now. Also on portals so looks really tall.

    I ordered this on prime day so it was a great price. The baggies containing all the screws were numbered which corresponded to the instructions which is a nice touch-not something I’m used to with Injora products.
    Sadly there were too few screws included to attach the rear bumper mount.
    Another issue that I would argue is a bigger deal than one missing screw is that the holes in these chassis rails that the rear bumper adapter screws pass through are threaded as is the rear bumper of the IR40 kit. Having 2 mating components both threaded is a no-no. One should be clearance for the screw to “float” through and the piece furthest from the screw head should be threaded.
    This meant that tightening this part of the build pushed the rear bumper inwards causing bowing and misalignment of the body relative to the chassis.
    Now I’m comfortable drilling out an M2 hole in a piece of aluminum but not everyone will be. That’s besides the point anyway, I shouldn’t have to do this, had Injora considered this part of their design more carefully.

    Nice quality, fit and finish. I like this better than the carbon fiber version, as all the holes are threaded and you don't need all the lock nuts.
    It provides alot of mounting options for shocks, can be assembled for either the short or long(high trail) wheel base. It also works just fine with the Injora Cherokee body, and the Injora double decker battery/esc mount.
