Pure L-Methylfolate (as Calcium L-MTHF) is the fully methylated, highly absorbable and body-ready form of folic acid, offering 200x greater bioavailability and 1.8x higher blood levels than standard folic acid. L-Methylfolate is an ideal form for individuals with MTHFR gene polymorphisms, as folate levels increase in the body irrespective of genotypes.*

Pure L-Methylfolate 400mcg is a hypoallergenic supplement formulated without any unnecessary additives, such as silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate or titanium dioxide. We use only plant cellulose. GMP-manufactured in the UK, the ingredients are non-GMO, certified vegan and suitable for those following Halal and Kosher diets.
