    I tried the competition to get my N64 controllers working in RetroPie, but they did not work.

    This product works excellently to get your controllers going. No problems with the analog stick like other products. The button mapping is a bit unusual, but that is only an issue in the menus. In games the controllers will work exactly like you are connected to a real N64.

    Have not tried on other devices yet.

    Got this to play older games on my PC, it works fantastic and has 0 input lag like I was worried it might have its a little pricy for what it is, especially for how short the cable is, youre mainly paying for the brand name here, I cant deny that but its a great product nonetheless and worth the pick up for anyone looking to use original hardware on a pc.

    In console mode, None of the 8 preset button mappings allows you to correctly map the N64 controller Z button to ZL on the Nintendo Switch. This makes playing any game in the Nintendo Switch Online + catalog impossible. May be ok for PC use, but not what I bought it for.

    It picks up for smash remix. You have to do some settings( can't remember what I did) to get it to work perfectly or else it will have analog drift if your N64 is not perfectly calibrated

    Extremely happy with this purchase! I wanted to play n64 games on my computer. I initially purchased one of those cheap third party n64 USB controllers that plugs directly into the computer.. that was a mistake. I ended up throwing it out because the analog stick was so cheap and made controlling characters impossible.
    Then I found this adapter! It lets you plug your actual Nintendo n64 controller in to use via usb. No fuss and super convenient. I wish I had just purchased this in the first place! It's awesome. Highly recommend this adapter. Great price too.
