I've used the product since receipt, some days twice some once. The mint flavour is nice, present but not overpowering. The paste lathers well. Left my teeth feeling clean and my mouth feeling fresh. I have a couple cavities to be attended to and they have been sensitive. After 2 or 3 days of using this toothpaste the sensitivity was reduced to the point of almost being gone. Whether it's rebuilding or repairing anything is unknown, but there are articles published saying the active ingredient does.
