Excellent quality dressing for a bleeding or weeping wound. It adheres to your skin really well, but not so much that it is uncomfortable to remove unless you have hair around your wound like myself!
I like how this type of bandage covers a wound and completely isolates it from air or any dirt getting on the wound!
In addition it does not stick to the wound and any fluids is turned into a gel like substance under the bandage with no leakage! If you have to keep any cut or wound clean, this is the type of bandage to use!

This stuff is great! I'm type 1 diabetic and have been having bad reactions to medical device adhesives. I put this on underneath and it completely stopped. I was worried about it staying put, but this stuff is sticky and adheres well, especially if I cover it with an overpatch or piece of tegaderm. It's a pretty big roll, well worth it! Also works very well as pimple patches!!

The medical grade hydrocolloid roll works well for small cuts and burns.

The roll comes in a 2" x 16' length single roll with protective film that needs to be peeled off to access the adhesive part of the roll.

The dimensions of the roll allow one to cut the appropriate size needed although remember this is only 2" wide so one should be mindful that custom cut pieces are limited in terms of dimensions.

The roll provides a good barrier similar to what you might find with a bandage although it does not work in exactly the same manner.

Thus far I have used this roll to cover a burn on the inside of my hand and it has worked well. It does two things with respect to a moderate to light burn - first, it helped minimize that shearing pain one gets when they burn themselves which I appreciate and second, the adhesion of the roll is quite good, because of the location of the burn I had to wrap the roll from the palm-side of my hand over to the knuckle side and it did relatively well stay snug against my skin.

The one thing to also keep in mind is that this roll, like a bandage will need to be changed rather frequently.

As far as value goes, as noted, you do get the benefit of being able to cut custom-sized pieces, and in terms of my limited use thus far, I would say it performs well albeit in a very specific circumstance in my case.

Just remember to keep this stored properly and given the overall size of the roll, I can see this lasting for quite some time. Having said that, there is alot here for one person so this is something that would work well for a small family 3-4 people in my opinion. This is a good product to have around the house regardless and having actually used this I feel pretty comfortable purchasing more if or when I should need to.
