Fits my lunch but did buy a narrow rectangular box to specifically fit in. The bag is kind of narrow so can’t fit my typical glass Tupperware that I was using prior to this. It’s tall so I put my bento pack in and my apple/yogurt on top and zip it. The yellow is nice and got compliments.
Wanted a bag that I could carry separately from my actual work bag that would also catch any spills from my lunch. Straps are long enough to wear on shoulder and bag itself is light. Wasn’t looking for insulation but if you are, this does keep your food cold to lunch time even with the zipper open and no ice pack.
