1. Our humidifier is suitable for rooms up to 500 square feet. If you need to humidify a larger area, we recommend using multiple units to ensure even humidity distribution.
2. How often should the humidifier be cleaned?

2. We recommend cleaning it once a week and descaling it once a month. Use the vinegar for cleaning, don't use other chemical agents. During cleaning, avoid directing water flow toward the air outlet to prevent internal damage and shortened lifespan.
3. Why does the humidifier produce white dust?

3. The white dust is caused by using water containing impurities, such as tap water. We recommend using distilled water or filtered water to avoid white dust.
4. Can it be used with essential oils?

4. Of course. Add essential oil only to the aroma pad tray. Do not add essential oils into the water tank or other parts, as this may cause the humidifier materials to crack.
5. How to prevent water leakage?

5. Do not add water beyond the “MAX” line to prevent overflow. When removing the base chamber, ensure there is no residual water inside to avoid leakage.
