    I purchased these cards for use in a junior high school teaching statistics and probability in mathematics. They ticked every box regarding what I was looking for in playing cards:

    - durable (tear-proof plastic)
    - easily cleaned (can be wiped or submerged in water)
    - slightly textured (plastic cards are slippery and the texture makes them easier to hold/shuffle)
    - easy to read (clear and colourful imprints)
    - well-packaged (cards come in a hard plastic case for storage)
    - distinctive (they won’t accidentally be mixed up with other cards)
    - attractive (students are excited to use these unique cards)
    - reasonable price

    The only area that could be improved is that they are very slippery. Other plastic cards I’ve purchased have a slight texture, but these do not, and may take a little practice for some to get used to holding and shuffling.

    UPDATE - July 2024: I now work with adult students and purchased a couple sets of these cards for the library. Our students LOVE them. The junior high students I used to work with found them a bit slippery, but our adults, after a few uses, quickly adjusted and were able to easily shuffle and play as if they were paper cards. They always ask for these cards instead of regular playing cards as they're so unique. Some have asked where I purchased them from as they thought they'd make a great gift for family and friends who liked to play cards. I think they'd make a great gift, too!

    The fact that you can quickly wash them down if you spill something on them is nice, and I appreciate the box it comes in to keep everything together.
    These cards are quite adaptable and can be a little tricky to shuffle, but you get used to it.
    The backs of some of my cards now have scratches on them from trying to pick them up from outside on the cement floor. But that could be our fault.
