    - Too verbose without getting to the point.
    - Hard to tell what's a chapter (no heading sized text, no bolded titles).
    - A book on reading people's emotions should at least provide some diagrams. This is a practical guide, not a fiction that you read to imagine what written descriptions of a facial expression may look like.
