Update 2. After reaching out to support again they sent me a couple more parts. I spent the hour of time and installed them. The replacement parts came without lubrication. That was great for two laps around my flat grassed yard and plastic part proke again and the new metal axel fell out and was lost in the yard. I hope it doesn’t hurt someone or put a hole in my car / riding mower tire.

We gave our Grandson this RC car for Christmas and he has been using it constantly over the past 6 weeks. Unfortunately one of the rear driveshafts broke so I emailed Hosim to inquire about a replacement and expressed our dismay that it had broken so quickly. As we have bought 4 other RC cars over the past 3 years for other grandkids, I know how these can be damaged which I have bought replacement parts for as the cars were a lot older. This one broke less than 6 weeks later. The customer service folks at Hosim were fantastic and quickly shipped replacement parts for all 4 driveshafts, not just for the one broken. This level of service speaks volumes for why Hosim has been in this business for many years. I can't say enough good things about their response. Well done Hosim and there's no doubt I will recommend their RC vehicles to anyone who asks!!

Extremely impressed with the product. Can handle jumps with ease. It is pretty durable. It's a good size and is pretty quick. Has enough torque to flip itself onto its back with full throttle if it gets good traction. Can do sweet drifts on concrete with ease. Highly recommend.
The only downside is the 90min charge time so I recommend buying a spare battery. I wish the battery had longer run time, but by the time you're done driving (10mins) the engine is quite hot so I think if it would run longer it'd cook itself.

EDIT: Ive now had it a week and was able to really let it loose outside, in a parking lot with puddles, abd snow.

It kicked ass. Yeah, really fun! The trottle seems to be working better than at first and man this thihg can fly! Insanely fun for new rc'ers. Snow banks make for awesome jumps. The tiny battery at 500mah and the run time was closer to 10 min. The plastic truck shell was covered in plastic and that was scratched, not the truck and so its all good. New and mostly worth the price.

The item itself shows signs of having been used? The truck mold is scratched??? If Im paying for new, I want a new product right?

The reverse trigger doesn't always work. And this was the first time playing with it. It was not at all as good as I was expecting for the price... the responsiveness of the controls is laggy at best. I'm pretty dissatisfied over all. Your mileage may vary.
