Good for a desk job!
This is a great cushion overall, it makes sitting for long periods of time during working hours or for leisurely hours a little bit more tolerable and comfort on your bottom. It contours to the legs nicely depending on the size. I'm a bigger gentleman and I feel like the front of the cushion doesn't line up quite perfectly with my computer chair, so there is somewhat of a gap between the front of the cushion and the front of my chair. So it causes a little bit of a dip in my under thigh. But on all the comfort level is an 8 out of 10, the material is very good. Good. It bounces back nicely as memory foam should. I've used other cushions before that. The cushioning was too hard and it would actually cause lower back and bottom pain after sitting for long periods of time in the office, this cushion has been a delightful alternative and has made the long hours of sitting more tolerable during my working hours. The material is breathable the size is nice. The cover zips off so you can easily wash it in your washing machine if you so choose to or if you spill something on it. All in all great product and I would recommend it if you're in the market for a office cushion for your chair that provides great ergonomics and gives you a little relief if you suffer from lower back pain or leg pain when sitting.
