I love the fact that the night time pads have that cooling feeling from the essential oils, it felt a little tingly when I first used it. After you give it a few minutes it makes a big difference to my cramps and the feeling you get when you wear pads. I normally have to wear tampon and a pad to go to bed, but I didn’t with these ones. Will definitely be sticking with both day and night ones going forward.

    The size is really long and wide and perfect for overnight, and the herbal smell is also very pleasant, but unfortunately it was really strong for me, it was a burning sensation (rather than smoothing), and I assume the smell gave me a headache. I woke up 2 hours after putting it on, with a massive headache, and I vomited. It's a good concept, so I might just add something mild like castor oil to normal pads- I think essential oils is too strong,
