Why the microphone does not work? Here are some tips for you

1. Check if the TX and RX have enough power

2. Make sure the TX and RX are paired (the indicator light turns steady blue or green, but not flashing)

3. Remove any insulating film on the top or bottom of TXs.

4. Unplug the RX when you play back audio.
How do I use the microphone on my phone?

There should be a 3.5mm to Lightning/USB-C adapter included in the original parcel (The Solo kit does not) . You may use this adapter to connect the receiver of Lark M1 to your phone.
How do I know whether the microphone is compatible with my phone?

Please send the model of your smartphone to us, and we will let you know if it can be used with your device.
What should I do if I want to use it to connect with my PC?

We recommand to use a sound card when connect to laptop or PC. (Some computers 3.5mm port connections may have some ground noisy)
What should I do if there's noise while recording? (If the problem still exists, please connect with us for assistance.)

1. Check if the RX is paired with your device properly

2. Check if the insulating film on the top of TX was removed

3. To ensure compatibility with the LarkM1, we recommend the use of a Hollyland adapter cable
