It delivers speeds up to 1.97Gbps based on 2 GigE ports with two bonded downstream channels over its DOCSIS interface. The CODA-45 allows MSOs to offer their customers various broadband applications such as telecommuting, HD and UHD video on demand over IP connectivity to a small office/home office (SOHO), high-speed residential Internet access, interactive multimedia services, etc. The CODA-45 is an intelligent device that enhances its basic data transmission features with IPv6 support, which makes it especially suitable for the transmission of data based on this protocol.

Works perfect for Lightspeed TPIA internet 300. Called my provider and within 2 days modem swap on Shaws end was completed. $70/month CAD with no commitment for 300mb down, 100mb up (verified). Exact same service as Shaw at a fraction of the price. Save money and avoid contracts (aka "service agreements")

These are garbage. I wasted the better part of $1K trying different cable modems with TekSavvy/Shaw, and I finally landed on the smartRG SR808ac, which finally made the service reliable enough. One key: it uses a Broadcom chipset, not any incarnation of the Intel Puma chipset. From my experience and from what I've read online: best to avoid Intel Puma chipset, but unfortunately it's a popular choice for garbage cable modems like this one.

The cable/ plug broke 4 months after purchasing. Seeking product support. Will update my review accordingly.

This modem was the worst consumer experience I have ever had in my life. It just completely died after a month of use for no apparent reason, and then the manufacturer took ZERO accountability for the product. Telling me it "was not their problem". Just a horrendous product and an absolutely awful, terrible company. Please do NOT buy anything from this company, save yourself from an absolute nightmare

Not new. Linked to an account on another ISP. Have to get it disconnected from previous account in order to work. Returned. Buyer beware.
