DIRECTIONS

1. Mounting Surfaces must be flat, clean, dry and free of dirt and oil.

2. Unroll the tape from one end carefully placing it onto the desired surface while applying pressure in one direction to avoid air bubbles and ensure the adhesive works to its maximum strength.

3. Cut the tape at the desired length.

4. Remove the white protective liner to reveal adhesive.

5. Press firmly for 10 seconds as tape conforms to the surface and creates a strong bond.


IMPORTANT

1. It is not recommended to use on newly painted walls (within one month), delicate surfaces, thin walls, rough walls, powder walls, wet surfaces, or uneven surfaces.

2. To avoid damage, please do not place heavy or valuable objects.

3. Not for use in applications where injury could result if mounted item fell.

Heavy Duty Double Sided Mounting Tape

Mounts easily for a lasting, weather-resistant bond. Its strength and increased density make it stick to most surfaces and can hold up to 2.2lbs per sq. inch. It’s the ultimate installation solution for exterior displays and other DIY projects where extreme adhesion is required.

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the surface where you plan to adhere to the tape by ensuring there is no dust, grime, grease, liquid or dirt on the surface.
  2. Unroll the tape from one end carefully placing it onto the desired dry surface while applying pressure in one direction to avoid air bubbles and ensure the adhesive works to its maximum strength.
  3. Cut the tape at the desired length.
  4. Remove the protective white liner to reveal adhesive.
  5. Carefully place attachment onto the taped surface while applying pressure for at least 10 seconds.

    I use this for attaching vinyl sheeting to plastic. I have tried several others but this one has the strongest adhesive As Long as You Follow best practices for good adhesion. Others claim to be indoor outdoor but the adhesive gives out in cold weather. This has not so far but we haven't had a week or two of continuous -30 or -40 Celsius weather yet. I am hoping that I can use to hold up, but it's the best product in his class that I have found so far.

    We just built a new house and are VERY hesitant to put any holes in our brand new walls! So, I purchased this adhesive tape and it works well at holding up picture frames and wall art!

    Warning: the adhesive is pretty strong, so, while you can easily move it when you initially place it (adjust positioning) the adhesive bond gets more strong as it "cures" in place. When you do go to remove it later...it may take some of the paint off of the wall; however, that is still much easier to deal with than having to patch, texture and repaint a bunch of holes!

    I got this to help LED strips stick top the wall better. It does this well. However, when I've tried to remove tape, it's peeled paint from the wall. Not much, not often, but something to be aware of. I'd hoped it would be more like the command strip type tape where you could pull it laterally and it would stretch itself away from the surface. It doesn't do that.
    That said, it's got a great grip and hold pretty well, even PLA printed items stuck to a wall.
