This unit is HORRIBLE. I have 2 other brands that work great. This exhaust valve does not properly click in to the window slide connector and constantly pops out. Leaving the hose blowing hot air back in to my room. Ive had to use duct tape to put it back, and now it very ugly. Its also extremely loud and 2x larger than my other exact BTU unit. I do NOT reccomend buying this product. Look for a better brand. I wish I could return this:(

    Dead on arrival. I have another one it’s been working for 5 years. An awesome portable air conditioner not much draining is needed as it has a water evaporation system. You’ll never have a leak of flood.
    Disappointing although new one on its way.
    鶹 recognized the warranty bought with item and refunded all my money in 1 hour.

    The unit is design to completely stop when it has reach the desired temperature on cooling mode(compressor and fan). When the temperature drop, it start again… So if you want to put it in your bed room you will find yourself with a machine that start and stop every 15 minutes… super annoying and can keep awake or wake you up… Normaly the fan is alwais supposed to run and only the compressor start and stop, it mask the noise… i have call costumer support and they sat that it normal… worst design that i ever seen on a air conditionning unit!!! And it cost 300$ to send it back!!!

    I am yet to see how the cooling performance is. But I ordered this because it was clearly written in the description that it connects to the ConnectLife app, but after trying several times, it turned out it doesn't. Apparently, it doesn't have wifi connectivity. I'm really disappointed!
