  • The hip wrap fits the waist up to 43" and the thigh up to 24'', is designed for both men and women and can be worn under or over clothes. It provides compression, stability, and support for the hip, thigh, and lower back. It promotes recovery and helps relieve pain from various conditions such as sciatica, thigh strain, quadriceps and hamstring pulls, hip flexors and hip adductor injuries, hip bursitis, hip arthritis, hip labral tear, SI (sacroiliac) joint issues, and piriformis syndrome.
  • Unlike various sciatica pain relief devices or single-focus supports, such as a hamstring compression sleeve, thigh compression sleeve, or SI joint belt, this hip brace offers a more comprehensive approach—stabilizing the surrounding muscles and joints to target the root cause of discomfort. It pairs well with sciatica pain relief pillows and cushions to ease pressure while sitting or sleeping, promoting greater comfort throughout recovery. The result is faster, more effective relief and full-spectrum support that goes beyond isolated treatment.
  • It is recommended that the hip support brace be worn for several hours during the day, especially during physical activity, and that it be avoided while sleeping or being put on too tightly. The hip support wrap stays in place during activities, doesn't restrict movements, is quick to put on, and is easy to adjust.
  • The hip support brace fits on the right or left side. For the left hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached in front of your abdomen. For the right hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached behind your back. If you find it difficult to attach hook-and-loop fasteners behind your back, you can start by attaching the waist part of the wrap in front of your abdomen. Once the waist wrap feels comfortable in front of your abdomen, rotate it behind your back, and then fasten the leg part.
  • Care Instructions: Delicate machine or hand washing is recommended at a temperature below 40°C (104°F), and then it should be hung up to dry. The material is latex-free neoprene.
