I spent a fair bit of time researching which HOTAS desk mount I would buy. I thought this one might be a good fit between quality and price. The reviews and videos looked good and the price wasn't the least but was in the lower middle to be fair. To be honest I wasn't expecting a lot for the price but the videos revealed it may be ok for quality. I have to say there is nothing cheap about this set. The components are very high quality. Very durable (and heavy duty). There are screws for every king of HOTAS for sure. If the mounting hardware you need is not in this set, you must have a HOTAS made on another planet. I would highly recommend this set of mounts. Assembly took minutes and you could probably dive over them in your car and they would still be good to go. A good find for a change.... very impressed. UPDATE: I have now owned this set for approximately a year. Because of my setup, I have used the quick release mechanism hundreds of times and I can honestly say they are as good and solid as the first day I received them. Again, this set is super high quality with multiple ways to use them. For example, I have the X52 Pro HOTAS mounted to the sleds and a monitor mount arm mounted to the top of one side with an Elgato stream deck on it with a second Elgato stream deck XL mounted to the other arm. It is all very solid and no deterioration to any part of this product. Good buy to be sure.

This is a decently solid pair of mounts. The assembly is self explanatory, but also comes with an instruction sheet. It took me about half an hour to put it all together, I really only got hung up on not realising the wingnuts come in different sizes.

The construction is fine, though there are some rough edges with the aluminium x-frame, but the provided plastic covers sort that out well enough. My one concern is the possibility of the fittings coming loose, as the screws which secure the clamp and controller arm to the x-frame are short. For now though, I doubt these are going anywhere.

For half the price of other stands, I don't see how you could go wrong with these. Just don't drop them on your toes.

Got these to mount my HOSAS VKB Gladiators and they do the job decently. The clamp is firm, I could only dislocate it with twisting force, but that's more of a concern for crashing my chair into the plate than proper use. The L plate has a little give to it, but not a concerning amount. They are probably not as stable as a Predator or Monster mount would be, but that's a compromise I accept for avoiding weeks of lead time and costing half as much.

On the ugly side of things, the low price starts to show in the craftmanship. The cut on the end of the extrusion beam is awfully rough and doesn't have an end-cap (despite it being shown in the assembly video, bit of a false advertising there), so don't store these around stuff that you don't want to be scratched. The metal is scuffed in a few places, but that can be fixed with a black sharpie.

There's only one oval plate included in the pack, so if you want to use dual sticks that require it (primarily Gunfighter and T16kM), this kit won't work for you. And while they include screws probably for every joystick known to mankind, there are only 4 washers in the set, so you might want to get more for your particular setup.
