    Krill is better than plant sourced cholines (except for algae). I am switching to either krill (or algae) as a primary source of healthy fats plus phospatidyl. However, this is an expensive proposition - there is not a lot of DHA or EPA in krill oil.
    I opened a capsule to look and taste what is inside. Nothing but clear, overly processed oil. The red colour is entirely from the capsule. Not much astaxanthin in these. I think I will select another brand, probably sooner rather than later as these are not great. Disappointing.
