Very easy to take
I received this magnesium taurate 08/2024 and it expires 05/2028. I really appreciate how long the shelf life is on this magnesium- almost 4 years! The bottle contains 180 capsules, and the dose is 3 capsules daily, so this bottle should last me for two months (60 days). The capsules are standard health supplements size - the same size as my multivitamins and otger supplements. They're easy to swallow, they don't stick in my throat. These capsules are scent free and taste free. I haven't noticed any adverse effects after taking them for two weeks -they don't upset my stomach or make me burp. This is chelated magnesium taurate, which means that it should be more efficiently absorbed by my body than a non-chelated supplement. I appreciate that, ad I don't want to be taking a supplement just for it to be excreted in my urine. I will always choose a chelated version of a supplement when possible! This bottle is plastic, so it's pretty durable. Its dark in color to help protect the supplements inside from light. The lid is a twist off - very easy to remove and recap, no child safety features. This magnesium taurate is made in Canada and comes with an NPN from Health Canada so I know it's a quality supplement.

    Really love these. Helps with leg cramps especially at night and when swimming. When i take the dosage on the panel, no cramps at all. Magnesium Taurate is good for heart, brain, blood pressure and cramps. Will buy again.
