    This is grossly overpriced, but it's a great product. Since your brain doesn't need 250MG of magnesium per day and you really like that Threonate penetrates the blood-brain barrier, what you do is you buy 200MG of citrate or biglycinate somewhere else in addition to this. Then you take 200MG of regular magnesium and ONE cap of this one, bringing you to a total of around +-275MG.

    This is not only smart, but the recommended supplementation total maximum recommended by the FDA seems to be around 350MG. So yes, this product is amazing however you need to pair it with something else or you'll be broke before you fix your muscle cramping issues.

    Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, this is just basic math.
