Bolstered by its own movie, this album is best known for its classic title track, "The Night Before," "Ticket to Ride," "Yesterday" and a great Buck Owen's cover: "Act Naturally." Relive Beatlemania at its best on this remastered reissue on superior sound quality 180-gram vinyl. The album peaked at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart in 1965. This vinyl pressing contains the 2009 digital remaster of the album, making it sound more vibrant and electrifying than ever before.

    We’ve been spending our time listening to Beatles albums so we had to have this one. Great quality, heavy weight vinyl and the original sleeve is exact. It sounded great but two of the tracks on side one skipped. I was going to return it but then I use some glass cleaner and some pressure to clean the record and they went away. Go figure

Die Spielfreude ist auch irgendwie hörbar. Ich habe auf meinem Graphic-Equalizer gesehen das die Songs optimal ausgesteuert wurden. Ich habe da schon Sachen bei anderen CDs erlebt-der Equalizer reagierte fast nicht und es war nur eine Art von Klang-Brühe zu hören. Aber hier ist alles super.

Lennon, que iria declarar, anos depois do lançamento, quando a banda já havia acabado, que sentia falta de gravar álbuns como este. O lado A é um presente, com "You've got to hide your love away" e "Ticket to ride". O lado B tem "I've just seen a face" e a mais conhecida música de P. McCartney, "Yesterday", a penúltima. É um disco potente, para se ouvir do começo ao fim sem erro, sem tempo para distração, clássico a ser apreciado. Sei que este comentário parece tão somente elogioso, mas os adjetivos aqui visam ressaltar a importância deste disco, de que muito já se falou, para a transformação cultural do ocidente, a partir do talento de quatro músicos então bastante jovens quando entraram no estúdio para modificar para sempre o cenário musical. A edição é de 2012, na sequência da reedição de 2009, produzida com as mixes de George Martin de 1986. Recomendo muito. A quem não o adquirir fisicamente, que o ouça nos aplicativos da vida ou na casa de amigos, pois é um trabalho fundamental de uma das mais importantes bandas da história.
