How to Use the BeC Hearing Aids

  • Gently place the device into your ear canal, following the natural shape of your ear. It should fit snugly but comfortably without forcing it.

  • On the exterior of the hearing aid (the part that is exposed when in the ear), move the small switch to the "N" position and wait approximately 10 seconds for it to start.

  • Use your fingernail or the small brush tool that came with the hearing aid to turn the volume up and down on the exterior of the hearing aid. Rotate clockwise to turn the volume up and counterclockwise to turn it down.

  • Wipe it daily with a soft, dry cloth. Use the cleaning brush to remove earwax from the microphone and sound outlet. Remove the plastic ear domes and clean gently with warm water to remove earwax. Never use water or alcohol on the device.

  • Battery life usually ranges from 12-24 hours depending on usage.
