Among body sculpting tools, this is a wonderful massager for anti cellulite and fat (masajeador para celulitis y grasa), especially as a stomach roller for belly fat. It is an effective body roller massager (rodillo para masajes), very useful as a fascia massage tool for cellulite. It works as a cellulite roller for thighs and butt by acting as a lymphatic drainage massage tool.

The NatureSooth roller is also a useful back and neck massager (masajeador de espalda y cuello). Extremely effective for back roller massage for back crack and back muscle pain. It also works upon stiff and tired shoulder and neck muscles for neck pain relief. Works as a portable back massager; useful for shoulder pain relief and trapezius massage.

    I was disappointed in this little device, which is described as large. It is not large.

    I purchased it to massage the paraspinatus muscles of my back, but the little massaging balls did not adequately reach the bellies of the muscles on either side of my spine. The small massage balls left little space between the 2 balls and the handle. I'm not a large person, but the proportions were just wrong. The handle is long enough, and the device looks sturdy enough, but it did not work for what I wanted to use it for.

    In the picture, it looks almost exactly like the one I was replacing, but when I tried it, this device really did not work the same.

    This feels nice on tired and sore legs. I bought to massage my legs to try and get rid of extra fluid. I’m not sure it actually gets rid of fluid but feels great. I put a drop of massage oil in the groove where it all connects together and it’s no longer squeaky. My dog immediately comes for her turn at a roll.
