the tiny chinesium bolts snapped on first install. I spent 2 hours machining and tapping a new hole to accomodate a M4 bolt. once I finally got it on, I took it for a ride. the way the very heavy light is leveraged on the mount makes the whole thing shake and rattle. I imagine one significant bump and this whole thing is breaking off. I will be mindful to only keep it installed unless I need it in the night, but that kind of defeats the purpose. I'm not happy I paid $50 for this, and I don't even know what the battery life is like yet. but by the heat it puts off - I'd imagine it's a one night ride per charge.

    La fixation en métal est solide et ne bouge pas, malgré toutes les vibrations du vélo.
    Après une sortie de 2h, j’étais toujours à 80% de batterie.
    On peut juste lui reprocher d’avoir un mode flash inutile mise à part éblouir, et l’absence d’une télécommande pour croisement, plein phare.

    I wanted a headlight for my wife's electric bike since she likes to ride after the sun goes down in the summertime when it's cooler. I've tried other lights, but they simply were not bright enough. This bright light almost looks like it's a motorcycle coming at you on the street. It not only alerts the oncoming cars, but you can see the road very well to avoid potholes or obstacles. The build quality is nice too. It's not some plastic junk but actually made of metal. Charges up pretty fast and so far the battery has never died on us even when riding for a few hours at a time. This is definitely something you need to add to your bike for added, safety and convenience. It's been six months and has given us no problems so far. If it develops any issues, I will update this review. But as of writing this review, I highly recommend this bike light.

    I received this bike headlight to update my son's bike, and it's been an awesome upgrade. The first thing we noticed was how incredibly bright it is — it really lights up the road ahead, which gives me a lot of peace of mind when he’s out riding at night. The wide beam design throws out a ton of light, and with 2600 lumens, it’s more than enough for any conditions he rides in.

    Charging is super quick, and the battery holds a charge for a long time, exactly as advertised. The 8000mAh capacity is no joke — it even has a port to charge a phone if needed, which is a cool bonus feature. Installation was simple and only took a few minutes. It mounted securely to his handlebars, and even on bumpy rides, it stays firmly in place without any wobbling or shifting.

    The aluminum body feels tough and durable, and it's reassuring to know it's waterproof (IPX4), so no worries if he gets caught in the rain. We’ve had absolutely no issues — it works just as it should, with multiple light modes that are easy to switch between depending on how dark it is.

    Overall, this was a perfect addition to his bike setup. Super bright, easy to install, holds up well, and gives off a ton of light. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a serious bike light that delivers!

    Right out of the box I could tell this light was the highest quality. It has the heft of something with a lot of battery power and comes with a no-nonsense handlebar mount that is made of metal. There are 4 sets of fitting shims so it can fit onto most road and mountain bike handlebars.
    I charged the unit fully first. There's a USB to USB-c cable so you can hook it up to a USB power source. It only took about 20 minutes to top the charge up on the battery. There's a row of four little white LED lamps on the side of the light that show you the charge level.
    The operation of the headlight is straight-forward. It has an on/off button at the side that operates by successive pushes to activate several lighting modes: 4 lights on (low beam), one center light on (high beam), all 5 lights on (low + high beam), all 5 lights flashing, and off. It is BRIGHT and has a WIDE BEAM. I've never seen a bike light that has the lighting coverage that this light provides. If you absolutely must see everything, you can run all 5 lights, but even just using the center light provides enough illumination for normal night riding. If you are using this light, there is NO WAY cars or pedestrians will not see you coming!
    Mounting this to my bicycle handle bar was easy. The instructions illustrate four possible handlebar types, but the shims that are provided will allow you to fit it to handlebars that range in diameter from 22 to 32mm. Everything is secured with hex cap machine screws, and the correct sized allen wrench is provided. The mounting bracket is heavy duty and made of metal. There's a rail that the light slides on and locks into. It allows you to easily remove the light when you need to charge it or if you want to secure it while the bike is parked.
    I haven't used the light enough to report on the battery usage, but after fully charging it and testing the light out, it quickly went from four battery indicator lights to three. I'm thinking that I'll probably use just the center light until I know more about the battery life between charges. According to the instructions, running with all five lights (low + high beam) will drain the battery in about 2.5 hours while just running the center light (high beam) will provide 7.5 hours of run time. Charging time for a drained battery is 5 hours, according to the instructions.
    This is an amazing light that is built to last. It is pricey, but in my opinion worth the money. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

    It’s either on or off. Press and hold to turn it on or off. There is no “cycling” through the modes. The mounting brackets are cheap plastic and poorly manufactured.

    This light is very bright and really lights the road ahead. Install is rather standard bike headlight clamp install but the light slides off easy enough to recharge and reinstall. It is a bit heavy and rather robust, so this is not the best option if you are looking to save weight. But, for most casual riders or commuters, this would be a good choice as the light is crazy bright and the build is sturdy.
