I don't have a hayward pool heat pump, but this looked pretty close to what i have already. Could not find original OEM so I took a chance and it works. Thanks Hayward for a great product and price. When my pool heat pump dies I am buying a hayward system!

Are Hayward heater was not current turning on. We could not see the display board to check error codes. That was the first thing that we replaced. The error code indicated to issues. I don't remember what the other issue was because it wasn't the problem. The flow sensor being out was the problem. This was inside the heater you had to remove the entire panel on the front. I just had my knee replaced so my husband did the work. He has experience with electronics from his job and we have all of the tools he needed to test everything. If you are not afraid of electrical components and don't mind laying on the ground, this will save you a huge amount of money if you can do it yourself.
