    This product allows Seville marmalade to be made without all the hassle of chopping and peeling fruit etc. The can arrived a day later than promised, but was packaged exceptionally well with thick bubble-wrap and was in perfect condition, unlike those some other reviewers had experienced. The directions are easy to follow, and turned out fantastic marmalade. I was surprised that only 15 minutes of boiling was needed, but the set was perfect at that point, in fact it might be advisable to check at 10 minutes to be certain of not overdoing it.
