  • The standard length is 91.5 cm, but you may need a custom fit. To determine the length needed, you can measure your old cane, consult your therapist, or measure the distance from your wrist bone to the floor while your hand is hanging loose.

  • Standard Asterom canes are sold as the most commonly used length of 91.5 cm. If you need a shorter cane, you can cut it yourself using a wood saw or order a custom-length cane (handling time is about 4-5 weeks). Read below how to order a custom cane.

  • We can make custom canes up to 104 cm long. Please note that the handling time for custom orders is about 4-5 weeks. Read below how to order a custom cane.

  • To order a custom length, please send us a message before placing your order. To send us a private message, click on the word "Asterom" above the "Add to Wish List" button; then click the appropriate button on the next page.

  • Yes. You can replace the cane tip with any other tip that has an internal diameter of 22 mm. Please note that you will receive one spare cane tip free with your cane; we also sell wide-base cane tips for our canes.

This product is amazing. Very strong and sturdy. I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves it and his used daily. He is a heavier set man and he has no problem with this cane taking all his weight. The handmade cane is beautifully crafted. With the viking and collar beautifully detailed in the stainless steel color. You can make them custom sizes and colors for wood. We choose the darkest color. The handle is very comfortable and has finger grooves. Would 100% recommend this to anyone who needs a cane. The price is slightly higher than generic canes but it is hand crafter and the quality is amazing.
