Very Poor Design
I have built two entire houses and renovated from the ground up four more, I am handy to say the least.
The fixed position mount is near impossible to put mount screw into without a flat ratchet screw driver.
The mount plates do not come with templates for hole positioning and they are not indexed, be sure to rotate them so holes do not end up behind the bar. The cover plates do not push on they have a fine thread that is Very Difficult to get screwed into position after the whole assembly is mounted.
The mount plates are attached to the grab bar with a single screw and flex because they are light material, if flexed the screw on cover plate will not screw on or will be Very Difficult to put on.
I do Not suggest this for anyone who is not very handy, it was Not a pleasure to install!

When I purchased this grab handle I wasn't sure how sturdy it would be but the price was good so I decided to give it a try. I was surprised to see that it is sturdy material and well made. The way it is designed allows for it to be installed on the right side of the area or the left. It can be used to go around the outside of a corner or fit on the inside of a corner. This handle was a well thought out design. The only thing I would do differently if I was the manufacturer is to texture the tubing for a better grip but even without it the bar a quality product even if you don't use it in the shower.

Installed this for my neighbor in his shower nice finish easy to bolt to the wall I ended up doing the L shape vertical for him. The only reason for 4 stars is the adapters for the pieces they expand to hold the bars in place which leaves a small gap. I put some clear silicone in the small gap to keep water from entering into the pipe. Stainless isn’t rust proof it just stains-less time will tell. I would but again if needed though.

The manufacturer did not try to install it. Not well designed. Flange that is attached to wall should be rotated 45 degrees to enable a screw driver to easily reach the head of the screws. The threads of the screw on cover are too fine and easy to cross tread while screwing it on. A suggestion would be to cover the open spots with clear silicone caulk to prevent water from penetrating the screw and flange. Look for another manufacturer before buying this.
