    I was hesitant to buy it because of the price, but it was worth every penny. It is a perfect replica of the mansion at Magic Kingdom and is too nice to only take out for the holidays. I have it on a display shelf along with the other Haunted Mansion hallmark ornaments.

    The house is great on its own, but having the rest of the ornaments played in order of their appearance in the actual ride makes it even better and makes me want to go back to the real Haunted Mansion to see it all in person again.

    All that to say, if you are a fan of the Haunted Mansion, you definitely won't regret getting this.

    It may seem a bit pricey, but it is so worth it. This "tree topper" is so beautiful and detailed. I put tree topper in quotes, because I think it'd be a shame to only bring this out at Christmas. I have it on my book case all year long.

    The lighting on the exterior, the greenhouse and in the windows really add depth and beauty to this ornament. The audio you activate with the included HM plaque remote, is the actual audio from the attraction at Walt Disney World; it is not a recreation.

    As I write this, there are three smaller ornaments available to go along with the Mansion: the coffin in the conservatory, Victor Geist (the organist in the ballroom scene) and Madame Leota. When you plug them all in along with the Mansion itself, it extends the audio. The lights and audio synch so that each of the four pieces presents the audio from their particular part of the ride in the correct order including singing Grim Grinning Ghosts.

    There are three more ornaments coming out in 2024, and a further three in 2025 to complete the set. By the end, I suspect you will have the complete audio from the attraction. These are not clips that are just a few seconds long. With the four ornament set, you get almost four and a half minutes of authentic Haunted Mansion ride audio.

    This is definitely a must-buy for any WDW/Haunted Mansion fan. I turn the lights on every night, and listen to the audio almost as regularly. You will love it!
