Product description

The HQUA FS02 Floating Fountain not only showcases a beautiful 3-tier spray pattern but also improve overall water quality by increasing oxygen transfer. FS02 is the perfect focal point in any pond or lake with 3-tier spray like a blooming flower. 6' tall and 25' wide, max aerate for 1/8 acre, 6' deep pond. One-tier classic nozzle included, Size: 13'wide×4'Tall. The 32" OD floating would provide at least 44 lbs buoyancy that would never fall into the water. And fixed by mooring kits to the shore. Secure by the distance between the floating and the stakes. You could easily fix the floating on the spot by the mooring kits. It is also included in the package of FS02.

*Update, seller is going to send a missing part. I should have noticed how many people said a part was missing. Of course the part is coming from China so that will take weeks to get here I am sure, so will update this review if the fountain is functional after getting the part and installing the fountain in the pond.

Very disappointed after spending over $600 on this fountain. I have spent an hour and a half trying to get the fastener (item 1) to fit snug over the plastic adapter fitting (6) to secure the spray nozzle. Come to find out that it only fits snug if there is NO spray nozzle installed because the fastener(1) is not deep enough to thread all the way down so the float is not loose. This needs to be secure so this fountain does not fall apart. Waiting on the seller to reply for a resolution but if no fix for this then I am stuck having to spend more hours taking this whole thing apart in order to return it! VERY angry about this purchase.
