The product was exactly as stated. The units looked, "Out of the box" new, setup was a breeze and performance is great. Now I know where I am going to get my next refurbs!
One piece of advice, if you are going to upgrade the video card for graphics work, make sure that either Bit Locker is turned off or you register them through your Microsoft account so that the key is uploaded into the "details" section under the registered device. Adding a card to the board will activate Bit Locker and without a key you will turn the device into a brick.
