The blade is not centered in the mecanism and get stuck in the plastic body. It's really frustrating when you want to use it. I need to retract the blade and then flip the knife "upside" down and push the blade out.

My guess is someone sent it back as a return, but kept the knife and stuffed the package with something of lesser value that had approximately the same weight. The vendor should inspect packages when they go back out if they were returns.
