Note: you are about spending 50% extra time on this type of dryer, compared to commercial dryers if you live in an apartment with no access to in-suite laundry, but only commercials. I also noticed the cracking noise from the machine. But after 20-30 loads, it still runs perfectly, so I guess it is normal operation stuff about this product. Would recommended if you don't want to use shared commercial dryers in apartments.

    Works just fine ! I have used it 10 times since the purchase. My typical load is 2 pairs of jeans, 2 fleece hoodies, 2-3 T-Shirts and socks and they come out dry with the normal cycle (90 minutes). Lint filters catch most of my cat's hair and are easily cleaned. The unit is quiet and suits my needs perfectly. It came well packaged and in perfect order. Fast delivery and fair price.

    Took a chance and ordered this machine although there were no reviews. Seems to dry clothes well (1hr for full load of socks/shirts etc) and about 20-30minutes per bedsheet. You can only fit 1 sheet at a time.

    On the second load of laundry it started making a creaking noise shown in the video. During the1st load it just sounded like a fan going and was very easy to ignore the sound on the background but this is irritating.

    Also, I paid full price for this but now I see there are sales running for about $260-280 regularly which is annoying as I paid full price.

    Reached out to customer service for noise & price adjustment - might update my review depending on how they respond. As it stands I might return the machine because the noise is irritating and I worry it might be defective.

    I also noticed some weird spots on my white sheets. I¡¯ve never seen this before ever when washing/ drying using my buildings communal laundry. I wonder if this is related to the creaking?

    Edit: Upgraded to 3 stars. Despite the funny creaking the dryer is still working well a few months later and nothing else acquired weird spots. Customer service was not helpful though.

    Not too impressed with it... should of gotten the Panda. This one stops and starts itself hundreds of times during a single dry cycle.. extremely annoying when in the same small room with it.. I've had (and gifted when I moved) Panda's in the past and those would just turn on, dry your clothes and turn off once.
    As always, I bought the extra venting bucket system, hooked that up properly, clean the filters after each use, I only put a few things in at once (I don't overload it)... and still.. it starts, runs maybe a minute tops, stops, starts again, stops, starts and so on... and on each setting it does this... Not impressed at all. Only gave it 2 stars because it arrived a day early.
    This purchase is still within the return window so it'll be going back for sure.
    Go with the Panda instead.
