Product Description

How can I transfer images from the thermal imaging camera to my PC?

Connect the device and PC with supplied Type-A to Type-c cable.

1. Turn off the USB cast screen.

2. Connect the camera to the PC.

3. Ignore “USB not recognized” and check the USB drive.

Note：For Macbooks, a Type-C to Type-A adapter is required
Can the thermal imaging camera detect pipes and insects inside walls?

Thermal imaging cameras can only detect objects behind the surface of walls if the objects are at different temperatures. If the device produces a high-contrast image, you should look for signs of damage.
The device makes clicking noises and the screen freezes briefly. Is that normal?

It is normal, the device will calibrate regularly to optimize image quality and measurement accuracy. The image pauses briefly while a "click" is heard. It often occurs during startup or in cold or hot environments.
Why does the E03 HIKMICRO thermal imaging camera have two IR resolutions, IR resolution and SuperIR resolution?

Because SuperIR technology, HIKMICRO upscales thermal images from 96 x 96 (9,216 pixels) to a resolution of 240 x 240 (57,600 pixels) when viewing them live and taking photos at a fast frame rate of 25 Hz.
How to analyze photos on my computer？

Import into HIKMICRO Analyzer for analysis.

Note：HIKMICRO Analyzer is not available on MAC.
