We mounted these on our bed frame and on our dog ramp so that our elderly dog could find his way off the bed when he got up in the middle of the night. These lights are very bright even on the lowest setting so if you are sensitive to light when you sleep you might need to cover a large portion of the light using electrical tape to reduce the amount they give off (as shown in my picture). They work great otherwise and the batteries last a good amount of time before they require a recharge. They have motion sensors that work well or you can switch them to manually always on if you want to use them on throughout the night. Not sure how long they would last being constantly on though.

This is the second set of these under counter lights I have bought- They are amazing .
They are so easy to install, they are easy and very fast to charge.
With the dual option of either mounting them with hardware or by a very strong adhesive- They can be mounted anywhere.

Our kitchen wiring wasn't well planned out whereas we have to have all lights on or nothing.
These seemed like a simple solution to having an expensive electrician add more switches and segregate wiring in our walls and ceiling.
So these were super easy to set up, and they are a nice size that provides more than adequate lighting with very sensitive motion detectors that will trigger when walking by 5 to 6 feet away even though they are facing downwards under the cabinet. This is both good and bad. These things are constantly on, its like flashing street lights now in our kitchen. They come on even in full day light or if our actual kitchen lights come on. I thought that they would be more like night lights that only triggered in dim or darkened rooms. So needless to say they run down fairly quickly and need to ne recharged every few days which can get kind of annoying. And as they battery runs down there intensity diminishes so they get dimmer. I am constantly swapping them around and recharging one or two every other day.
We have used similar in closets that worked very well and I think these are more ideal for the closets where as they aren't activated constantly and will last weeks or months

I like the fact that I can magnetically put this up and take it down to charge it. So easy to install. I couldn't tell you how long it's been up in my door right now since my last charge. But it's been quite some time! So I would say battery life is awesome. I love the fact I can choose whether it's a blue light, a yellow light, or a white light. And the fact I can use it at dim bright or anything in between. It is a perfect fit for under a counter or in my doorway where I have it between the inside door and the outside door. Ordered these in May - mostly as a test to see if they could solve a problem:

Old house (renter, not the owner) and the closets are decent size, but do not have any ceiling lights. They are very dark, even in the daytime.

For a long time, I only had these propped up, standing on their narrow end, on a shelf on each side of the closet. THEY ARE AWESOME. I left them in their temp position for so long 'cause they just worked. Solved the problem immediately and effectively.

Motion Sensors: super convenient / functionality is excellent. Lights magically turn on and turn off (most important).

Color Temp: loved that these give options. I prefer warm. Some of the other products I looked at did not offer a choice. These are great.

Installation: Super Easy. LOVE that it is a magnet (2 per strip). They are a breeze to install. LOTS of flexibility and no issues with hold. Genius.

CHARGE: I have not had to recharge my lights yet. I do not know what the stated battery life is, but that is a - pleasant - surprise to me!

I returned a similar product as the motion sensor illumination didn't work as advertised. Bonus: the buttons on these are easy to work "blind" under a cabinet, and the mode switch is an actual 20th-century-style sliding 3-position switch. In all respects, these are a very good replacement. My apartment kitchen has iffy lighting for much of the day, as the cabinets block direct light from the can lights in the ceiling. Sticking a couple of these under said cabinets was great - to the point that I bought a second set to illuminate the entire counter area.

Color temp options are basically a set-it-once to fit the surrounding lighting and area. It's basically campfire orange, incandescent yellow-white, and daylight blue-white. The three dimness options likewise only need to be set once, and are low (soft nighttime illumination without wrecking your night vision), medium and high (two settings visible in the daytime - pick whichever one works). The real plus here is the motion sensor, which is "ideally sensitive." This is a great benefit - but also a bit of a hindrance - see below.

The big drawback to these is the battery life. Mine are in the kitchen area, so I'm setting them off every couple of hours at the most, and they stay on for 20-ish seconds after you leave their sensing zone. If you choose the Bright setting, this sort of use will absolutely kill these in a week or so. At that point it's off to the charger. Worse, unlike some LED appliances, the brightness isn't 100% until the battery dies and it drops to zero - these will dim over the course of that week. I'd much rather have it perform as advertised until it dies completely when the battery's fully dead.

In the short term, I've stepped the brightness down to the middle setting. If it still dims quickly, I may have to figure out how to run some USB-C cables around kitchen cabinets to a wall outlet with a USB adapter. Argh.

So, 4 stars only because I wish it had a longer-lasting battery, and didn't dim the light as the charge goes down. If it had those, it would be a 5. In all other respects, these are a good buy; the price is typical for this type of appliance, and the controls and options are top notch.

UPDATE: With the brightness at the middle setting, I have not noticed any change in brightness over 2 weeks. I kept one unit turned off as a baseline for comparison, and it still looks identical to the others. So, apparently that's the sweet spot.

Foremost - The 2500 mAh rechargeable batteries are not replaceable, when they die, the whole unit has to be replaced. I chose this model because I prefer how slim they are VS the bulkier models that you can replace the batteries.

BATTERIES: Take 2 hours to a full charge. I get an entire month of use before I need to recharge.

CHARGING
You’ll probably need to check which USB wall plug charger you’re using, and get a magnifying glass if necessary to see the OUTPUT info on the plug you’re considering using, just make sure it says what this unit’s owner’s manual requires:
5V at 1 amp.
Most USB wall plug chargers in my collective junk drawer were 5V but the amperage was wrong. Since buying more LED motion sensor light bars and wanted to prolong their battery life, I bought the right charger, they were cheap and it was worth it to me to avoid issues. AUTO SHUT OFF
The auto shut-off during the day is nice and saves battery life, though I have witnessed the light coming on during overly cloudy or rainy days, it's not perfect but works well enough.

SUPER EASY TO STICK UP
Two pieces of thin metal with sticky tape on the back. Stick the metal pieces to whatever you like.. In my case, it was underneath a cabinet, and the 2nd was under the lip of a pantry shelf. Then the light bar magnetically sticks to the metal pieces you just stuck up. I can use these just about anywhere in the house, what’s cool is you can easily take the bar from its perch and use it as a flashlight, or leave it in a temporary spot where you need temporary light, but know the 20-second timer makes it shut off automatically until it detects motion again.

I’ve primarily bought this pair as an automatic night light for my kitchen. It's mounted under the cabinet next to the kitchen door that's the main door to the rest of the house, so it gets used a lot; imagine Grand Central Station traffic – a lot.
Hung the second of the pair in my pantry - THIS HAS BEEN A GAME CHANGER!

I prefer Natural, though I’m sure the color choice has no bearing on battery use.

And of course, the reason I got them in the first place…
I no longer need to turn on my overhead kitchen light fixtures just to get a drink of water, run a stray dish to the sink, or juggle things when I have my hands full just to turn on a light. Let’s talk about the sensor!!! The sensor is on point!. It turns on and off on time. I ordered one set and liked how they worked, so I ordered another set. The size and value of this product doesn’t match. The quality doesn’t feel too cheaply made. The adhesive strength is STRONG! Changing the light setting was a really great feature. I am very impressed about how much I like this product.
