I used the "HG grout cleaner" (concentrate) which you have to DILUTE with lukewarm water first. That product worked really well! I can't speak for this "ready-to-use" version. Make sure you have good brushes. My daughter and I cleaned our kitchen floor within 45 minutes of moderate scrubbing! I bought it locally though, not from 鶹. See BEFORE and AFTER pics. I am going to get the HG mould removed from 鶹 having read good reviews about that product.

    First off I ordered this because the one I always order from
    鶹 isn’t available anymore. I wasn’t looking for something very strong as my grout is lightly dirty so I figured it would be fine. This stiff is horrible. It doesn’t work which can happen but I used very little to try it out but it leaves a film to the point where I mopped it seventy times and because the film was in a small area and I stepped on it , it then went everywhere
    I mopped it 5 times and now I’m on the second steam cleaning of my floor
    It’s total garbage. I’d like to also add that I contacted the supplier and never got a response. So that left me feeling even worse

    I sprayed it on and kept spraying it on for about 10 to 15 minutes and used my drill with a nylon brush to remove discoloration soap scum from grout. Worked beautifully and pricing was great as well! I'll definitely be ordering again

    I ordered this grout cleaner to refresh our shower and I’ve tried it twice now without noticing any improvement .
    There is no smell , I expected a strong odour but maybe this formula is not as concentrated as others I’ve tried hence the minimal results.
    It claims to be Heavey Duty but I consider it the same as my typical, everyday shower cleaner .
    Maybe it’s me but I’m not convinced that this product is effective.
