- Reviewed in Canada on November 7, 2021Verified PurchaseI can finally enjoy pasta with the carb attack. For best result I rinse for 3 minutes, boil for 5 and cook for two on pan and add sauce to simmer for 5 minutes. Love the results.
- Reviewed in Canada on February 13, 2025Verified PurchaseI've had a lot of konjac noodles in the last decade and this was my first time purchasing a large pack from this brand. I believe they were frozen due to the temperature, but if not, the noodles were rubber. Pure rubber. Inedible. I put them in boiling soup for a good 20 minutes (minimum) and they were impossible to chew. I was worried if I tried eating them that it could cause internal issues... yes, it was that bad. I am hoping it was just that maybe they were frozen during delivery (not their fault) but I'll probably purchase from other brands in the future.
- Reviewed in Canada on June 11, 2025Verified PurchaseI personally find it a good replacement for noodles. Not pasta. The consistency and texture is not comparable to pasta. Chewy, slick texture. This brand only has it in water and citric acid so I didn't notice any odd smells but still I thoroughly rinsed in cold water and pan fried until dry as recommendations show. Takes sauces well, had mine with mushrooms, shrimp, and miso paste. I look forward to trying it with more things.

Reviewed in Canada on June 7, 2025Verified PurchaseJe n’ai eu qu’un paquet de nouilles au lieu de 6 :-(
- Reviewed in Canada on March 31, 2022Verified PurchaseAll konjac and shirataki noodles come packed in water and it always smells funny. It's the nature of the beast. Once you rinse these under the tap and strain out the excess moisture, most of that odd odour disappears. After you shake the noodles out, so they loosen up and gently heat them, you're left with something that tastes decent and has an agreeable texture. They have been by far my favourite brand, and I appreciate having the broader cut noodles option. Unfortunately, the last case I ordered had noodles that had shrunk and were crunchy even though the package appeared sealed and the water was still inside. I had a friend complain about the same thing. Maybe we both got from a bad batch?
