    I've started an Ayurvedic morning routine in a bid to try and improve my health and bought this pulling oil to try it out. I've only used it once so far, so can't comment on long term efficacy but the taste is much better than I thought it would be! Even though the base oil is sesame (which generally has a strong taste) I couldn't actually taste it - instead I got a minty fresh flavour and an undertone of cloves, both of which are very pleasant.

    The oil is kind of thick, so it sticks in the sink a bit when you spit it out (and it's hard to wash the measuring cap out), so I ran hot water to loosen it up and also spritzed the sink with bathroom cleaner - hopefully that will prevent drain clogs (as I'm not spitting this stuff in the trash - that's just gross imo).

    Will definitely purchase again!
