This is my review of the Gurmoir Accessory Kit for Gopro Hero 13/12/11/10/9 Camera
Overall:
This accessory bundle completely transformed how I use my GoPro Hero 10. I went from a barebones setup with just the camera, some batteries, and a power bank to a fully-equipped kit that handles nearly any shooting situation. From rugged outdoor use to travel and casual setups, this pack genuinely fills in the gaps. While the $89.99 price point might seem high at first glance, the sheer volume and utility of what you get makes it a worthwhile investment — especially if you're building out your GoPro system from scratch.
Compatibility Notes:
The kit is officially compatible with GoPro Hero 9 through 13 models. Most of the accessories still worked fine with my older Hero 4 too, as the basic mounting system has remained consistent. The only real incompatibility is the waterproof housing, which doesn’t fit the Hero 4 due to different body dimensions — but that’s expected.
Standout Inclusions:
Extendable Monopod: Probably my favorite part of the kit. It’s solid, twist-locks into position securely, and has a rubberized handle that’s both grippy and comfortable. It’s long enough for full-body and scenic shots, like when snowboarding, and doesn't flex or wobble.
Tripod: Feels much sturdier than most bundled tripods. The legs have a rubber coating that keeps it stable on uneven terrain, and the flexible design lets you wrap it around objects.
Protective Shell & Screen Protectors: The waterproof clear case has a snug seal and survived both a dunk in a bucket and running water without issue. I only used the included tempered glass protectors on the display screens (not the lens), but they applied easily and provide solid protection.
Carry Case: Well-designed with customizable dividers, making it easy to stay organized. It doesn’t feel cheap or like an afterthought.
Mounting Options: It comes with a chest harness, backpack strap, various clamps, and a wrist strap. The backpack strap has a non-slip base and feels surprisingly secure, while the wrist strap allows 360° rotation — great for creative angles.
Other Notes:
The “floatie” grip is probably my least favorite component. It’s not bad — it just isn’t something I personally use often. Still, it’s nice to have in the kit for water use, as it has a waterproof compartment inside of it to store things.
The waterproof case is sturdy, with a proper seal and a tactile button feel. That said, I’d always recommend testing it without your camera inside before submerging it on a real shoot.
I really appreciate the inclusion of extra mounts and base plates. One of my old base mounts cracked from rust, so having spares is a real bonus.
What Could Be Better:
I would’ve liked a way to use the included tempered glass on the front lens and the displays — including a third piece in the pack would’ve made sense.

I’m giving it a solid 4 out of 5 — it’s not perfect, but it’s one of the better accessory sets available, and it will likely cover almost any filming scenario you throw at it.
