The sticks work fine but the tools are not included despite saying so in the name of the product.
I purchased this item because my joy-cons had severe drift problems. The sticks work very well after calibration. The feeling is not the same as the original sticks, but that's expected from a product that uses a different technology. They are slightly stiffer than original joy-con sticks, but it's nothing terrible. I'd give this product 5 stars if it weren't for the misleading product listing. As I'm writing this review, the name of the product is "GuliKit Switch Joystick Replacement, Hall Effect Joystick, No Drift, Hall Joystick for Switch Joycon, Switch OLED & Switch Lite with Repair Kit (NS40 Single)", so it implies that a toolkit is included. This is reinforced by the first words of the person in the video in the listing: "when you open up the box, you get everything you need". The video also shows a larger box that includes all the tools and a white box containing the sticks. From this is reasonable to think that the tools would be included, which is not the case. I could replace the sticks anyway because I had already replaced the sticks of my joy-cons, but that's besides the point that the listing shouldn't tell that the repair kit is included if it's not.
