I use this for lemon juice as we put it in our water. I thought the little sieve built into the lid would be good to strain out the pulp but it doesn't do that. It gets gunked up very quickly and the juice pours out around the lid. I have switched to the open part and although its better it still pours out around the lid sometimes. I believe this is due the the lid not fitting tightly enough. Perhaps a new gasket might fix it, I'll have to have my husband rig something. Anyway, the glass is very nice and the perfect size for us. I really like it other than the lid issues.
