I've been using a lot of Oxo products and I wash all of them in the dishwasher and never had a problem with any of them before. My turner started to rust after I put it in the dishwasher but the tongs were still in good condition even if I washed them the same way as the turner. I contacted the customer service and they told me that it was caused by improper use of the product. I'm really disappointed by this product.

    I’m a fan of almost everything by OXO and these don’t disappoint. The grips are comfortable and ergonomic. The length and angle of the spatula is very useful for the flattop, and the edge is sharp enough to cut if needs be. The tongs have good spring but not so much that they’re hard to close. Also great length and comfortable handles. The construction is smart, it’s thin stainless steel that’s been bent to add strength, while staying quite light. My only issue is the shape of the metal makes it difficult to adhere to magnetic blocks, like the one on the front of my Blackstone, so I have to just hang it or lean it on something. Otherwise these are very solid.
