Got it working right out of the box. Some reviews mentioned the cord not staying in, but I noticed you do have to actually push the plug in the machine till it clicks in fully and then its really in there. Grinds well for filling cones or rolling with. Is great for mixing in kief with your flower. This is a great upgrade if your grinder is constantly stuck or your hands cant twist the grinder like they used to. I would recommend this to people looking though we did just purchase so I will speak on its durability later.

I was expecting something much more efficient or with multiple blades, but it is not. The grinder is ridicously powerful, but it doesn't really translate as efficient.
If you need to tranform your herbs into powder then it is the right grinder, and it is very fast, but a bit noisy. But if you are looking for something that look like hand grinded, this is not the one for you, a regular coffee grinder will gives you similar results.

After a couples of weeks trying to find a way to better use it, I just gave up, and return to my manual Santa Cruz Shredder grinder with it titanium life warranty.

I will keep it for when I need to make my own kief, but not to grind anything I will eat or smoke.

I gave it 3 stars based on:
- 1 star for grinding power
- 2 stars for the cap that add more protection, and the semi scealed interior (2nd) cap
- 3 stars for the price for the power, build, and design

If it was more efficient, with a better control, I would give it 1 more star.
If it was possible to auto-grind specific grind and quantity, like my Hamilton-Beach coffee grinder, I would give it its 5th star.

It may still be what you are looking. If you want as much torque and power as possible at a decent price, this is it! :)

The other reviews stating a problem with the cord staying in, you do have to push it that extra little bit and then it does some kind of a click it works perfectly. I sent back the useless grinder I originally purchased due to the wonderful reviews. After purchasing this one, absolutely no frustrations with this one. I have not had to clean it yet but foresee no problems.

This was purchased this for the sole purpose of making hot pepper powder from dried peppers after seeing a Youtube video of another "Super Hot" grower using it to make pepper powder. It work very well at this task but I can't speak to any other purposes. The grinder has a complete seal system that prevents "leakage" of the dried pepper powder provided the pressue hole on the internal lid is covered*.

*This grinder has an internal cap that keeps super-hot pepper powder instide the grinding container but you must cover the pressure hole in the lid beforehand.
