The system itself is fine, I was tested it with both a PAL and NTSC cartridge, as well as a third party multicart. They all work fine although some multicarts may not be compatible with it. One thing to note is that the AV output seems to be NTSC, so while thats fine with my housemate's modern TV that accepts both PAL and NTSC video, on my old CRT TV everything shows up in black and white
If you plan to buy this to play it on a CRT TV for the proper retro experience, keep in mind that you will need to find a solution for this. I haven't tried it yet but I imagine that you need some kind of converter to turn the NTSC signal into PAL
Ótima compra, o console funciona muito bem , e tem uma imagem bem nítida e o melhor de tudo é que este console é compatível com everdrive, o meu everdrive funcionou perfeitamente rodando todos os jogos que testei.

I got this for my handicapped brother who is unable to play with new gaming consoles due to one sided paralysis. One handed, he can play with these old style controllers just fine. This little console has been a lifesaver!
A good replacement nes if you don't want to use your OG nes .. but I did find it s spend up the frame rate on some of my games so super mario runs to fast as it's making it run at 60 FPS then the OG runs at 50 FPS in the UK the music goes faster you will notice it right away but you get used to it
