As soon as I got the kit, I started seeing delamination of the anti-stick coating. I thought I had a bad batch and contacted the seller to get replacements. He did good, but unfortunately, the new set has the same problem. I note that I've never used any metal in these and it still doesn't prevent damage. The anti-stick fails repeatedly and whenever it does, even with oil, the resulting sticky mess is very hard to clean and it does take out more and more of the coating. The cookie sheet is the worst, but I can tell the muffin pan is also starting present with problems and the other pieces that I do not use quite as often will end-up the same. Unfortunately, this granitestone set does NOT stack up to the frying pans they do that are MUCH better quality. This is a product I'll never buy again.

I put the large baking tray in the oven (with a few vegetables) and set it to bake a few minutes at 440F. The manufacturer states it stands this temperature.

Once I opened the oven door, the tray wrapped with a "klang!!". Thankfully I did not receive any hot water or oil.

It unwrapped a second time when I put it on the table.

Looking at the box, it looks like I used the "cookies tray". I will try again with a sturdier tray before returning it.

Edit: the sturdier tray (square shaped) did not have the wrapping problem. However, it scratched on its first use. Worse, it started rusting after its first time in the dishwasher (see picture). The product page says those are dishwasher safe but the box comes with a flyer telling to avoid using dishwashers...

I will return the products.

All of my pots and pans are granitestone and I love them! It all started on Christmas Day, when an infomercial came on advertising an 8inch granitestone skillet for 19.99. I bought it on a whim… and wow! The easiest pans to clean, I don’t use any oil to cook in them, amazing. So I’ve really been wanting the cupcake tin too. I had it in my cart elsewhere for 20.00, but when I actually went to buy it, it was out of stock. So I looked on �鶹�� and found this set. Talk about heavy, and super sturdy! Not what I was esxpecting, better than, actually! I made frittatas in the cupcake pan, no spray, they came out with zero effort. I made blueberry oat bread in the bread ban, didn’t stick at all. Just buy these, you will love them!

I am utterly disappointed since Granitestone is supposed to be non-stick, right? I should have used it sooner so I could have returned it in the return window which has now passed. Check out the photos I posted with this review. The photo with the BLUE pan is the Granitestone - a long ways from nonstick. The pan in the other photo is another brand I also bought here on �鶹��. I made the exact same muffins in each of the pans with no oil or anything. Batter poured directly into each. I think the results speak for themselves. None of the muffins in the Granitestone would come out unless I dug them out and you see how much is left behind. Pretty much the same as with any old pan (not advertised as non-stick). The other pan was wonderful. The came right out immediately when I turned them upside down on a plate. I don't know about Granitestone frying pans (like they show on TV) but I can tell you the muffin tin is worthless!

Granitestone claims to have a 10-year warranty on their products - ha! Just try to get them to honor it. I have contacted them about six different ways (phone calls, emails, chats, and through �鶹��) but they either don't reply or send replies that don't make sense or tell me I can only get help through �鶹��. Beware - don't let the 30-day �鶹�� return window pass or you will be stuck with this junk forever!

Proof is in comparison. I baked two identical sets of semi mini quiches at the same time and the ones in Granitestone came out perfectly. The other set semi stuck to the pan and the bottom wasn't cooked properly. Ordering the whole set is most cost effective. I just tossed my old ones out and said good riddance. Well worth the price!
